No Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in attending our retreat. Please read our no-refund policy carefully before making your purchase.

No Refunds

Due to the limited number of spots available for each retreat, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Ticket Transfer Option

If you are unable to attend the retreat you originally registered for, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another upcoming retreat, subject to availability.

Transfer Guidelines:
Notification: 
To transfer your ticket, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to the event date. Please contact our support team at hello@amesociete.com to initiate the transfer process.
Upcoming Retreats: You can transfer your ticket to any of our retreats scheduled within the next 12 months. If there are no available spots in your chosen retreat, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
No Additional Fees: There are no additional fees for transferring your ticket to another retreat.
One-Time Transfer: Each ticket can only be transferred once. After a transfer is completed, no further changes or transfers will be allowed.

Extenuating Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required for consideration.
