Launching on May 1st (Botane Day) at 19 CET, this six-week journey is designed to help you awaken with nature, aligning with the rhythms of the sun, moon, and stars.
Through weekly themes, rituals, and practices inspired by astrology and the blossoming season, we’ll release the old and welcome renewal.
The ÂME Seasonal Awakening Challenge is all about transformative, awakening energy.
Every 2 weeks, we’ll introduce a new facilitator and a set of practices that align with nature, astrology and ancient rituals.
We will kick start on May 1st, at 19 CET with the incredible Andre-Louis de Villiers.

He found yoga in 2011 and has since taught over 11,000 hours, co-led trainings, and created frameworks for yoga and self-inquiry. His approach blends physical intelligence, psychological insight, and philosophical depth. Today, he does not only teach yoga in its many forms—Vinyasa, Power, Hot—but also leads workshops and talks on self-management, helping top performers and everyday people learn how to manage their energy, emotions, and thoughts with clarity and calm.
The challenge will be primarily conducted through email and WhatsApp. Every 2 weeks, we will hold a webinar, you’ll receive an email introducing the new CYCLE with detailed explanations and video resources to guide you.
These emails will be interactive, so feel free to respond with any questions or thoughts you may have.
In addition, we’ll have a WhatsApp group for all participants, where you can share your progress, ask questions, and exchange insights with others on the same journey.
Every 2 weeks, we’ll also host a webinar with a guest facilitator and a short check-in meeting (all in one) to get inspired by professionals and discuss how everyone is progressing and share our experiences in real-time!
We encourage participants to take a break from alcohol and decrease their screen time for the duration of the challenge. This helps with focus and clarity — both mentally and physically.
