If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Your Order Cancellation and Refund Rights
Due to the nature of digital products and services, once you access or begin using the product or service, you waive your right to a refund, unless otherwise stated in specific circumstances such as technical issues or dissatisfaction with our service.
You are entitled to request a refund or cancellation for digital products, subscriptions, or retreats within 30 days of your purchase if you have not yet accessed the content or participated in the retreat. Once you access or begin using the product or service, we cannot offer a refund, as access to the content or participation in the event renders the product non-returnable.

If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 14 days, using the same method of payment you used for your purchase. Please note that any cancellation or refund requests outside of this policy are at the sole discretion of the Company.

Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund under this policy, the following conditions must be met:
The request is made within 30 days of purchase.
You have not accessed the digital product or participated in the retreat or subscription service (for digital products and retreats).

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
– Digital products or services that have been accessed or downloaded.
– Subscriptions that have been renewed or partially used.
– Retreats or events that have already been attended or participated in.

If applicable, you may be able to reschedule or transfer your retreat participation, subject to availability and our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation if you need assistance.

Technical Issues and Dissatisfaction
If you experience technical difficulties accessing or using your digital product, or if you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 30 days so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

Gifts
If the service or digital product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once we receive confirmation of the cancellation or refund approval, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the service or product was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
