Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, flights are not included in the retreat price. However, we’ll arrange a pickup for you once you arrive. The airport is just 30 minutes from the villa.

Plan to arrive on 26.03.2025 (Wednesday). Transfers to the villa will be scheduled after 15:00 h, and we’ll share more details about this in the WhatsApp group closer to the date.

The first group activity will start at 18 pm on the 26th.

Departure will be on 30.03.2025 (Sunday) after our final yoga session and a farewell breakfast to wrap up the retreat. After 9 am most people will start heading home, or continuing their trip elsewhere. 

The session will be guided by a certified Wim Hof Method instructor who will support you throughout the entire experience. 

The training starts with an explanation of the science behind the method, so you’ll understand its effects and the research supporting it. Then, you’ll participate in a guided breathing session, followed by a 2-minute ice bath.

The instructor will take a personal approach, addressing your concerns and needs to ensure you feel safe and comfortable.

It’s an extraordinary experience and a highlight of the retreat!

Our personal chef will prepare a variety of delicious vegan and vegetarian meals, thoughtfully crafted to nourish your body and energize you throughout the retreat.

Most coached sessions are no longer than 2 hours. However, the Wim Hof Method session will take place over an entire afternoon, as it’s a more in-depth experience.

Sessions are held at least once a day and vary in type. Each day will include a physical activity such as yoga, hikes, or walks, as well as coached sessions focused on deeper self-exploration.

After each session, you’ll have time to reflect on what you’ve discovered about yourself—whether that means journaling, meditating, or simply letting your emotions flow.

While we won’t be serving alcohol during the retreat, you’re welcome to explore the city and enjoy a glass of wine if you’d like—it’s entirely up to you.

No, most participants come alone, which creates a welcoming and inclusive environment. It’s a great chance to meet new people and bond with like-minded individuals. Of course, if you bring a friend or partner, they’re more than welcome to join you!

Yes, rooms are shared. We’ll group you with someone based on your interests to ensure a good match and help you feel comfortable.

Absolutely! There will be plenty of time for walks and exploring, either on your own or with the group.
